I received an Award. How do I get my gift card/certificate?
It's easy. The fastest, simplest way is to redeem it online at the website printed on your paper award. Enter the award number and full dollar value and click on "Select Merchant" to begin the redemption process. Select your retailer choice and shipping method, and your gift card/certificate will be on its way to you. If you received your award via email, click on the link in your email to view your certificate and click the "Redeem Award" button above the award image to be connected to begin the redemption process.
You also can redeem your Award through the mail. (Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing your gift card/certificate.) Simply complete the form that came with your award and mail it to:

Can I redeem my award from more than one merchant?
Yes. Gift cards/certificates are available starting at $10 in $5 increments. If you have awards valuing $20 or more, you can select from multiple merchants.
Once my Award is redeemed, when will I receive my gift card/certificate?
Redemptions received by 2 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same business day. Redemptions received after 2 p.m. Central time will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipment is via US Mail, so delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. However, upgraded shipping options are available so you can get your gift card/certificate even faster!
Does my Award expire?
No, your award never expires. However, some individual retailer gift cards/certificates may expire. Please call our Customer Service Consultants Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central time, at 866-601-5918 with questions.
Can I save up my awards and redeem them all at once for one larger denomination gift card/certificate?
Yes. There is no expiration on your Award, so you can save them, or redeem them as soon as you receive them.
If I am using MSN™ Hotmail, Yahoo!® Mail, AOLSM Mail or GMail can I select a Virtual Gift Certificate?
Yes. However, some e-mail service providers such as MSN Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail or AOL Mail, allow users to filter out mail that might be perceived as 'junk' mail. Depending upon the sensitivity level that a user may select, e-mail from Hallmark Business Connections could be inadvertently filtered from an individual's Mailbox. Since e-mail sent to them from the Hallmark Business Connections Award Web site contains redemption information, we recommend that you adjust your e-mail filter settings to the service provider's default or the lowest setting.
