Ready to redeem your award for a gift card or gift certificate? It's simple. First, enter your award tracking number and the amount of your award or certificate, then click the "GO" button. Next, find the merchant(s) you would like from the list provided. Enter the value of the certificate you want in the "amount" box to the right. You can use the entire amount on one merchant, or divide it among several. It's your choice! Finally, enter your shipping information, confirm your selection and submit your order. Orders submitted by 2 p.m. Central time will be shipped the same day.
